the reason for the title is when i was in high school i bought my first car, and it only had a tape deck. so i started making mix tapes to play in my car. i loved it. my friends loved it. but when my car died i didn't have a need to make them anymore. and when i bought a computer, then i started making mix cd's. so this piece is a farewell to my beloved mix tapes
